Lionsgate Capital is looking for a professional to fill the role of Mortgage Advisor.

Knowledge in evaluating and processing the necessary documents for processing mortgages is needed. Language skills are a must to deal with our bank contacts and international clients in the best way. Our main languages are English, German, and Spanish.

Requirements:

·       Languages: English, German and Spanish

·       A business or finance related degree

·       Experience in banking and mortgage processes is preferable but not essential

·       Good knowledge and handling of basic IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What will your day-to-day look like?

·       Manage the incoming client requests and expedite the mortgages, establishing good relationships with the contacts in the different banks

·       Always maintain communication with our clients and collaborators and accompany them from beginning until completion

·       Contribute with ideas, contacts and all networking that will contribute to generating new business for the company
